Our Great Country....

Here are a few pictures of a trip we took to Ft. Carson in Colorado Springs. One picture is of a monument on Ft. Carson that was dedicated to soldiers who lost their lives in the Global War on Terror. We went to the top of Pikes Peak, which is over 14,000 feet in elevation. Pikes Peak is where the song "America the Beautiful" was written in 1893.
